Knife Depot Return Policy?
At Knife Depot, satisfaction is of paramount importance. They offer a 60-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If not happy with the order, contact them via email with the order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 60 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), there are 30 days to return the item back.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping to and from the customer. Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and contact must be made for a Return Authorization (RA) within 60 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), there are 30 days to return the item back. The item must be brand new and unused, including the original manufacturer packaging (unopened) and paperwork.
